RediMed is an integrated workplace health provider, helping Australian businesses keep their people safe, healthy and able to return to work.
The business provides services across prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and medicolegal assessments, delivered by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, surgeons, allied health professionals and support staff.
RediMed supports businesses and workers across Australia through its clinics, telehealth and onsite care.

How we helped
Dr Hanh Nguyen had built a strong workplace health business in Western Australia. As RediMed grew, he was still carrying much of the day-to-day responsibility and wanted more time to focus on clinical work.
We worked together to build the team and support needed for growth while Hanh remained an equal owner and closely involved in the business.

Worked with Hanh to appoint a CEO, COO and CFO, building a team capable of running RediMed day to day. This gave Hanh more time to focus on clinical work and the broader direction of the business.

Supported RediMed’s move into Queensland, including the people, planning and execution needed to establish the business in a new market.

Supported the acquisition of a Melbourne business and worked with the team to integrate it into the broader RediMed group.

Introduced a more structured board, improved reporting and planning, and worked with RediMed’s financiers to secure a debt facility to support continued expansion.
